The Amazonica was born in the heart of the Amazon rainforest when our founder, Andy Unruh, asked a group of people studying plant medicine...

He then asked,
“How many of you would like to play an instrument?”  

EVERY HAND SHOT UP!

Having studied guitar for twenty years, Andy understood the frustration. Who wants to spend hundreds of hours studying scale and chord patterns?

PEOPLE JUST WANT TO PLAY MUSIC.

So Andy applied his engineering talent to developing an instrument that allows people to easily play music without learning all the boring parts.
